We will email you a proof before submitting your custom paper to be printed. Once you approve the proof and we submit your order for printing - your order cannot be changed. There are no returns or refunds available on customer scrapbook paper orders.
Custom paper will be shipped separately from any additional order from this website. Allow 4-6 weeks for production and shipping of your custom paper.
Custom paper comes in packs of 12 sheets. The quantity that you order will give you one pack of 12 of the same design. Example: if you order a quantity of 3 - you will receive 3 packs of 12 sheets for a total of 36 sheets of the ordered paper design.
There are 37 colors available for customizing your paper.
