Previously we used our brick and mortar store to process our credit card transcations, Baskets & Babies Gift Shop - located at 204 Central Avenue, Nashwauk, MN 55769. All purchases made through 08/22/2007 would have shown a charge from Baskets & Babies Gift Shop on your credit card statement.
For less confusion, we recently decided to change the way we process our credit cards. All purchases made after 08/22/2007 will be charged on your credit card statement from Scrappy Avenue. The charge will be shown as our email address: scrappyavenue@scicable.com

How do you ship my item to ensure it arrives in good condition?

We take great care in packaging all of our orders. Paper orders are packed in a stay flat mailer to ensure there is no bending or crinkling. Combination orders of both paper and other supplies are shipped in sturdy boxes to allow for a safe arrival to you.

Once approved payment is received, your order will ship immediately. Depending on the method of shipment chosen will determine how long it will take for you to receive your order.

Q: International Payments
I am an international customer. What forms of payment do you accept from other countries?

We currently accept Paypal from international customers. At this time we do not accept credit cards internationally through our current credit card processor. However you may pay via Paypal with your credit card.
All of our prices are in USD. This means that if their is an exchange rate, the customer is responsible for the differences in the exchange rate.

We accept all major credit cards and electronic funds transfers using Paypal. We also accept personal checks (U.S. only) and U.S. money orders (U.S. and Canada only) via postal mail. International orders please use Paypal or credit card.
*Please note, if paying by personal check, there is a 10 day payment processing period before your items ship.

Q: No Paypal Account
I don't have a Paypal account - can I still pay with a credit card?
A:
Yes. When checking out, choose the Paypal payment option. When prompted for your user name and password, click the "Don't have a Paypal Account" link. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information to pay - without having to create a Paypal account.
Q: Out of Stock Items
I ordered something and my invoice shows that it is out of stock. How do I get refunded for the out of stock item?
A:
Occasionally, we run short of some items when processing orders. Although we do out best to avoid this, when it does occur this is how overpayment is handled:
If you pay with a Credit Card, we don't actually charge your card until we process your order. Your invoice will indicate any out of stock items and it will be noted that your credit card was not charged for those out of stock items.
If you pay via Paypal, your payment will be processed as normal and any overpayment will refunded to the Paypal account that was used to submit the original payment.
If you pay via Check or Money Order your order will be processed as normal and any overpayment made will be credited to your Scrappy Avenue account as an in store credit. This means you may use the credit toward a future purchase with us.
